The horrifying pictures of motionless bodies, injured citizens, crying parents and dirtied orphans from the recent earthquake still sends chills. The February 27 Chilean earthquake recorded a magnitude of 8.8 on the Richter scale and lasted four full minutes.

Anime Art Club had its first official meeting on Tuesday, October 13, in Mr. Arthur’s room. They will meet every Friday from 3:30 to 4:00. In December the meetings moved to Tuesdays. 

Anime is Japanese animated shows such as Death Note, Bleach and Naruto. Manga is a Japanese comic book read back to front that is also inclusive of the Anime art.

Anime Art Club had its first official meeting on Tuesday, October 13, in Mr. Osborne’s room. Members will meet every Friday from 3:30 to 4:00. In December the meetings will move to Tuesdays. 

Anime is a form of Japanese animated films (i.e. Death Note, Bleach, Naruto, etc.). Manga,is a Japanese comic book read from back to front.

You’re just entered a school carnival, right? No, you’re at a church fundraiser. The Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church festival held on Saturday was a huge success. Students from our school attended.
